TUITION POLICY
Tuition is due by the FIRST WEEK OF EACH MONTH. A $5.00 late fee will be charged to your account if payment is not made.
Tuition is based on a yearly rate that is divided into ten even monthly payments. No refunds or adjustments will be made if a student is absent.
This year we will provide all families with coupon books as a reminder that payment is due. The book contains coupons for each month which need to be submitted with payment. They will also include coupons for costume deposits and balances.
We can no longer order or handout costumes if your account is not up to date.
If there is a difficulty please contact Jean and a plan can be worked out. Please remember that we have hoagie sales that can help pay for tuition, costumes, pompom equipment, etc....
ABSENTEEISM & TARDINESS
Our motto has always been "A GROUP IS AS STRONG AS IT'S WEAKEST LINK."
This is very true with constant absenteeism and tardiness. It's not only unfair to the instructor, it's also unfair to each and every student in the class.
Being tardy is a distraction to all students when a students comes late to class. We realize that being absent and tardy happens, we understand that. It's week after week that won't be tolderated. We pride ourselves on how our students excel, it's the commitment that each student gives that makes them so beautifully talented.
